Price per head per day starting from min. 7 days. (Stays under 7 days cost additional 10 euros per head per day).

Local tax 1,75 Euro (Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy)
The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Single room supplement: Double room for single use 6,00 Euro per day

Check-in/Check-out: The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of departure. Upon departure we ask you to vacate the room until 10 a.m. We ask you to give us a call in case of late arrival (after 6 p.m.)

Reservation: Please send a written confirmation by fax or E-Mail to reserve a room. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the down payment. The rest of the payment can be done in cash, with check or by bank transfer.

Storno/Cancellation fee: Room cancellations can only be accepted upon a written notification. Please inform us in time. We try to re-rent the room. If this is not possible we charge 80% of the half board price (cancellation period is 30 days before arrival). In case of early departure the guest is obligated to pay the price for the days spend and 80% of the price for the remaining not taken services. The down payment will not be refunded, but recorded as credit.
